  1. 去骨鸡腿排里面每隔2cm用刀划开,把筋划断,可以防止煎肉的时候回缩



  1. 里外两面撒上少许盐和黑胡椒腌制一下有点底味



  1. 来准备葱盐酱的部分:
    葱切末
    蒜切末



  1. 碗中放入葱末、蒜末、熟白芝麻、盐、糖、醋、胡椒粉、鸡精



  1. 放入芝麻香油拌匀即可



  1. 葱盐酱做好放置一会,味道更好更融合✔



  1. 来煎鸡排:
    平底锅烧热放1小茶匙油,鸡腿皮朝下放入锅中,煎5分钟左右



  1. 表皮煎至金黄香酥,翻面,
    继续煎5分钟左右~
    用筷子能轻松扎透,就证明熟了✔
