椰子鸡汤的做法
- 先准备好食材把土鸡冲洗干净切成大块、椰肉切成条或块备用
- 首先在汤锅里添加2000毫升清水,把清洗干净切好的椰肉、红枣一起放进锅里大火煮开转成小火炖炖40分钟。
- 炖至40分钟后再把切成块的鸡肉放入锅中把火调大煮开转至小火慢炖20分钟。
- 这个时候厨房里飘着椰香味十足的鸡汤味令人食指大动。放盐调味就可以喝靓汤啦。
