  1. 蛋黄加糖搅匀再加入淡奶油牛奶炼乳搅匀



  1. 过筛一两次 一定要过筛这样口感好



  1. 蛋塔皮提前拿出来解冻至软 过筛好的蛋挞液倒入 八九分满 喜欢吃蔓越莓干就加一点

  1. 烤箱版 上下火200度预热 放入蛋挞烤20-25分钟



  1. 空气炸锅180度12分钟 觉得底部不够酥脆可以吧蛋挞从锡纸壳里剥出来倒扣再烤两分钟



  1. 稍凉更好吃 酥酥脆脆美味加倍 嘿嘿



小贴士

蛋挞皮要提前拿出来解冻好 不然烤好底部会湿答答的
剩下的蛋清可以打发做云朵蛋糕
