用料

长豆角(切段)

1小把

瘦猪肉(切片)

1块

青椒(切小)

2个

蒜头(拍蒜)

1个

随菜量添加

生抽

适量

豆角炒肉片的做法

  1. 将切好的肉片加点生抽、一点点老抽(上色)、料酒、白糖、胡椒粉和淀粉抓匀,再加勺食用油锁住水分腌制10分钟
    调味用量;(随个人口味添加)
    口味清淡→少放点
    重口味→就多放点



  1. 起锅油热下腌制好的肉片,翻炒变色盛出备用



  1. 锅留底油(油量大些)下豆角煸炒至软(不加水)



  1. 加入配菜→青椒和拍蒜
    调味放适量盐和生抽翻炒均匀



  1. 再放入炒好的肉片,开大火翻炒入味即可!
