苦瓜炒牛肉，美味下饭！的做法
- 切好的新鲜牛肉提前用生抽、蚝油、白糖、料酒和玉米淀粉拌匀腌入味。
- 苦瓜切片，姜切丝，蒜头切碎，葱切段。
- 锅里热油，放入蒜末爆后倒入苦瓜，翻炒几下后倒入白糖、盐炒一下装盘备用。
- 锅里重新倒油，倒入牛肉煎一会，翻面煎。
