西芹木耳炒鱿鱼,夏天清爽鲜嫩小菜的做法

  1. 水烧开,加鱿鱼须、料酒,焯水(鱿鱼变小了就可以,捞出沥干水分。



  1. 锅中油稍热,放姜丝炒香



  1. 放鱿鱼须翻炒均匀



  1. 放红椒,炒出香气



  1. 放木耳、西芹段,翻炒均匀



  1. 加一勺料酒,适量食盐,炒匀至食材熟透(我就炒了2分钟左右,西芹是脆脆的,你也可以炒到自己喜欢的程度,)
