用料
牛肉
500克
大蒜

干辣椒粉
这个看个人口味可多可少(小孩子吃不放也可以)

老抽

牙签

孜然粉
1勺
200克
少许(平时做菜的5分之1的量)
蚝油
2勺
胡椒粉
少量(黑、白胡椒粉都可以)

超简版!夜宵、下酒良配!最好吃的香辣牙签牛肉的做法
- 先将牛肉洗净,切成比牙签稍短点的牛肉条,然后切几片生姜。把牛肉放入大碗中,放入料酒抓几下,然后放入生姜片、半勺蚝油、少许十三香腌制约半小时。
- 趁腌牛肉的时间准备配料。大蒜、生姜切成碎沫,葱切成小葱花。
- 将牙签洗干净,把腌好的牛肉用牙串好。
- 冷锅放油,待油温升高后,将火调到中小火。把串好的牛肉分2-3次放到油锅中炸,大约炸3分钟左右,待看到牛肉炸到缩水到3分之2大小就可以捞出来。全部炸完成再一起倒锅内再炸1分钟,这样基本表面能炸到金黄色。

- 全部炸完捞出后凉一分钟后,再把所有串回锅炸复一分钟捞出,这样基本能把串炸至金黄。油留锅内。
- 一直开最小火,将切好的姜沫先放入锅中煸炒约10秒,再依次放入辣椒粉、蒜沫、蚝油、生抽、老抽煸炒。
