快手轻食一直是我这种懒人的最爱,用料少,不费工夫,加上不放油盐糖,更为健康加分!
四季宝花生酱家中常备,抹面包夹三明治是常规吃法,煮麦片时加一大勺就是妥妥的花生麦片粥了;调火锅酱时加一勺,又滑又香浓。
这次就用新出的0蔗糖0盐添加的新版柔滑花生酱,来做健康的花生燕麦煎饼。

不放油盐糖的花生燕麦煎饼的做法

  1. 左边是新版,高瘦瓶型浅蓝色,右边的原版是个可爱的小胖瓶

  1. 标签超可爱

  1. 配料只有三种,空口尝了一下,没有甜味和咸味,只有香浓的花生原味。

  1. 在料理杯中倒入即食燕麦片,磕进一个鸡蛋

  1. 用刮刀略搅拌一下



  1. 加入30毫升水,开动电动料理棒打成糊状。如果面糊太稠,可再加20毫升水搅拌。



  1. 用刮刀整理面糊



  1. 不粘锅不放油,小火加热,锅热倒入面糊



  1. 小火慢煎至可滑动,翻面再煎一分钟左右即可



  1. 一份面糊可煎3-4个煎饼



  1. 煎饼本身不含油盐糖,配餐时可盐可糖,配果酱糖浆或者肉食香肠均可,是健康的配餐主食。



  1. 四季宝花生酱一如往常的柔滑香浓



  1. 这次的花生酱燕麦煎饼,配了水煮芦笋和香肠,加一杯咖啡,就是一份健康美味的早餐啦!



小贴士

1.燕麦片可选用即食或者快熟麦片,但不要用做饮料的那种即冲麦片
2.要一直小火煎,很快熟
