蒜蓉粉丝烤花蛤虾(烤箱版)的做法
- 虾洗干净,开背,去黑线
- 取一个烤盘,铺好锡纸,如果像我做的比较多就用可以进烤箱的锅(LC海鲜锅)
- 金针菇洗干净沥水,铺在锅底
- 做热水,水开放粉丝,焯软就行,千万不要过
- 粉丝用剪刀剪两下,铺在金针菇上面
- 花蛤洗干净,开水下锅,焯水30秒,微微开口,捞出沥水,虾和花蛤摆在铺好的粉丝上面

- 蒜头切碎,两整头噢!蒜多才好吃,小米辣切段
- 锅中油8成热,放蒜和小米辣,炒出蒜香,微微黄,一点点变黄,不要过了哦,烤箱200°预热
- 倒在一个碗里,蒸鱼豉油,生抽,盐,糖,搅拌均匀
- 用小勺,把蒜汁放进虾背,周围淋一些,留三分之一一会用
- 连同锅一起放入烤箱,200°烤十分钟,十分钟过后拿出来,翻动下花蛤,把剩余蒜汁放进花蛤上拌一下,再次放入烤箱200°五分钟
- 少许葱花装饰即可开吃
