适合分享的一款港式曲奇挞~的做法

  1. 首先准备好所需食材
    先制作曲奇壳,黄油室温软化加入糖粉拌匀



  1. 分次加入全蛋液打发均匀



  1. 倒入低筋面粉拌匀



  1. 将面团分成12个



  1. 用手按压紧实



  1. 制作挞水部分,牛奶+炼乳+细砂糖搅拌均匀,倒入全蛋液搅拌均匀



  1. 过筛2次



  1. 将挞水倒入曲奇壳中



  1. 送入提前预热好的烤箱,上下火200度烘烤20分钟左右,每个人的烤箱不同,烘烤时间温度仅作为参考!



  1. 出炉后,放凉即可食用!
