酸汤虾仁鲜肉馄饨儿的做法
- 猪肉末 (带点肥吃起来比较润)
虾一半剁碎 一半切小块
- 调味 按自己喜欢来(姜葱加水打成葱姜水加进去 我不喜欢吃到姜)
再加一个蛋 一把葱花 一点淀粉增加黏度
- 筷子一个方向搅至起胶
- 包馄饨
- 碗底加蒜末 辣椒粉 葱花 白芝麻各一勺
- 泼热油 搅匀 再加两勺生抽 三勺醋 一勺蚝油 一点糖和盐 一点点香油 一小片紫菜 搅匀
