梅干菜炖猪蹄的做法
- 梅干菜提前两小时左右用冷水泡发,洗干净
做法:
准备好以上食材
- 猪蹄用冷水浸泡30分钟左右,洗干净
- 猪蹄放入锅中,加入几片姜和一大勺料酒,加入没过猪蹄的冷水。煮开,再继续煮两分钟左右,期间捞掉浮沫。
- 把猪蹄捞出用热水清洗干净,控水,用厨房纸吸一下水。
- 炒糖色:水和冰糖一起放入锅中
- 小火炒到琥珀色,后倒入猪蹄炒匀
- 加入所有香料炒香,加入黄酒、生抽、老抽和腐乳炒匀。
- 倒入梅干菜炒匀
