其实这道菜正宗的应该是用西芹来炒制,因为看到腰果,临时起意所以手边只有香芹,就用香芹来炒吧,没想到一样的好吃哦
特别提示:这道菜中所用的调味料(盐、糖、蚝油)一定要少啊,调料太重容易掩盖了菜品本身的鲜香

香芹

生腰果
一把(喜欢吃的多放些)
料酒
1勺
淀粉
1小勺
白胡椒粉
少许
花椒
几粒
少许
白砂糖
少许
蚝油
1小勺

- 将生腰果水洗后放入烤箱中层150度10分钟左右烤至略微发黄即可,千万别烤过了。
- 在烤腰果的同时,我们准备虾仁。将海虾去壳后,剔除虾线
- 放入碗中,倒少许料酒、淀粉及少许白胡椒粉,抓匀上浆
- 芹菜洗净切成段
- 开火,锅热后放入适量的油
- 油热后先将虾放入锅中迅速滑炒,待虾仁变色后即可盛出待用
