在内饰方面，ID.3 2025聪明款重新设计了灰色（暮光交响）和白色（白色乐章）两款主题内饰，并且深受用户喜爱的白色内饰不仅变得“更白”，覆盖区域更多，而且从出众款车型开始限时免费提供。

同时此前许多用户诟病的ID.3没有中央通道和后排出风口，后排座椅舒适度欠缺的问题，上汽大众在ID.3 2025聪明款上也都听劝了。新车全新标配带中央扶手和后排出风口的贯穿式中央通道，并新增了无线充电，后排座椅靠背角度和座垫角度也都进行了重新优化，进一步提升了车内的实用性和乘坐体验。

此外入门级纯净智享版还听劝的增加了倒车影像，让整车性价比再度提升，出众版车型升级了360全景影像，极智版车型则独享蓝牙数字钥匙的升级。

在动力方面，此前传言已久的磷酸铁锂电池此次在ID.3 2025聪明款上也正式搭载，容量为53.6kWh，依旧为宁德时代提供，比现款三元锂电池容量稍有提升，CLTC纯电续航也象征性的提升了1km，为451km。新车依然采用了125千瓦的后置后驱电机，因此在性能方面和现款车型并无太大差别，并且搭载三元锂电池的车型也依然继续提供，满足南方和北方不同地区消费者对电动车电池的差异化需求。
