菜籽油

生姜

2-3块

大葱

2-3小段

虾油的做法

  1. 虾头里的这一坨,可以连着虾线一起扯出来不要,但如果你不介意的话,可以一起熬,其实会更香;



  1. 稍微冲洗下,不洗也行,后面高温炸半小时,啥细菌都得死;



  1. 锅烧热,倒入菜籽油烧热,再倒入虾头虾壳还有姜片;



  1. 中小火炸20分钟左右;



  1. 再放入大葱段,继续炸10分钟左右就可以关火了;



  1. 过滤出来;



  1. 姜和葱捞出来不要,虾头虾壳打碎;

  1. 可以单独放着,也可以跟熬好的虾油放一起,拌饭拌面的时候来一勺,特别的香;
