宵夜销魂下酒菜~卤鸡爪的做法

  1. 冷水加料酒下鸡爪煮开(俗称焯水)。



  1. 一定一定不要省事儿哦,看看这脏脏的沫沫。



  1. 热油炸花椒(密招就在这里),小火,花椒炸黑剃掉留花椒油在锅内。



  1. 花椒油炒葱、姜、蒜、花椒,稍微发黄盛出,锅内留油。



  1. 热油化冰糖,我家那口子不太爱甜所以我放的少(其实炒糖色需要放多点冰糖哦)。
