要真正实现早上十分钟,头天下午晚上要做足准备~
土豆泥软烂,牛肉有点焦焦的感觉,不同口感碰撞口味很不错;
第二天早上做个咖喱饭,再做杯咖啡,真正实现十分钟营养又快捷的早餐~

用料

牛腩

1斤

土豆

2个

胡椒粉

适量

蚝油

适量

淀粉

一小勺(外卖甜品的勺子)

高中生宵夜-早餐-十分钟-牛肉土豆泥的做法

  1. 牛腩(或吊龙)切块,清水漂半个小时至无血水,加水放入高压锅,压半小时至牛肉软烂。(孩子晚自习期间做好,晚上做土豆泥,第二天早上做咖喱饭)



  1. 压好的牛肉取出一部分肉切碎(根据自己做土豆泥的量,剩下的牛肉和汤第二天早上做咖喱饭)。



  1. 1.锅里少量油加入碎牛肉煸炒,牛肉炒的干干的,加入少量盐、黑胡椒,继续煸炒;
    2.同步土豆切片在另外锅上蒸熟后,加少量牛奶捣成土豆泥;
    3.取少量牛肉汤,加入一勺淀粉(很小的勺子),挤入少量蚝油,盐,兑匀。
    4.把混好的牛肉汤(3部分)倒入炒好的牛肉碎中,尝一下咸淡,可适量补充盐和黑胡椒,烧开。



  1. 把烧好的汤汁浇入土豆泥中。开吃~

  1. 早晨把洋葱、胡萝卜煸炒一下,把牛肉、汤、土豆一起倒入锅内炖(此时可以去刷牙洗脸),炖约10分钟,加入咖喱块,再炖5分钟左右,盛出盖在米饭上。我又撒了点芝麻海苔碎,非常受孩子欢迎~
    哎,为了高中生缓解情绪,我连咖啡拉花都学会了
