- 蛋黄用勺子碾碎，豆腐切块，热盐水浸泡5分钟，捞出沥干备用
- 热锅加油
- 倒入姜末，倒入咸蛋黄，翻炒成细沫儿状态
- 加入蟹棒翻炒
