深夜食堂:炒馍花(剩馒头花样吃)的做法

  1. 食材如图,大葱小葱都可以,葱要多放,炒出来更香。馒头根据大小准备1-2个。



  1. 青椒去籽切丁,葱切末。



  1. 鸡蛋打散。馒头切1cm的丁(约食指指腹大小)。



  1. 炒锅倒油,先炒熟鸡蛋,用铲子切碎盛出。



  1. 炒鸡蛋的锅中再加一些油(可稍微多放油),油温微热,中小火炒香豆豉和葱末。



  1. 葱香飘出,就可以放入馒头丁,中小火翻炒。

  1. 馒头表面变得焦黄,放入2g盐,适量孜然粉,炒匀。
