干豆角烧肉的做法
- 准备好所有食材啊。
- 干豆角用热水泡30-60分钟。
- 处理好所有食材。
- 锅里少少油炒香五花肉,把五花肉的油炒出来,炒到边边有点金黄。
- 用炒出来的油爆香蒜瓣和干辣椒。
- 把调料和五花肉一起炒香~

- 加一勺酱油。
- 炒出颜色,开始变色了。
- 加一小碗水煮开炖肉。
- 汤汁剩一点点的时候加入干豆角,如果豆角泡的很软这个时候炒一下收汁调味就可以出锅了。我的豆角比较干可以继续煮一下。
