凤眼果:和胃消食,可以用来蒸煮、烧烤、红烧,风味与板栗相似。用各种肉类一齐烹调食用,有养胃、清肠道、清热祛湿、明目等功效,特别适合南方气候食用。
淮山具有健脾、补肺、固肾、益精等多种功效。

清热补脾之石斛、凤眼果、淮山炖水鸭汤的做法

  1. 水鸭洗净,去皮砍小块



  1. 砍好的鸭肉冷水下锅绰水,洗净备用



  1. 红枣,沙参,石斛,瑶柱洗干净备用



  1. 凤眼果洗净,用小剪刀✂️开点口,下水煮几分钟,剥好皮



  1. 淮山洗净刨皮,切段



  1. 把所有除淮山之外材料放入炖盅里,炖1个小时候加入淮山,再炖半个小时。



  1. 隔水炖1.5小时就差不多了,加点盐就好了。
