剁辣椒真是个好东东，每年都要做几次，无论是拌面，还是馒头，尤其做剁椒鱼头，必不可少，炒级下饭~

用料

青红辣椒（村里人种的）

500克

大蒜

100克

1块

3汤勺

白糖

1汤勺

生抽

1小勺

白酒（自酿）

3勺

️农家秘制剁辣椒️的做法

1. 村里大爷自己种的，5块一斤，

1. 辣椒洗干净，晾干水分，太阳底下晒个大半天

1. 辣椒切碎，姜切片，蒜切末，切好的辣椒撒盐，腌十几分钟后，水挤干，放入切好的姜、蒜，加入白糖和生抽拌匀，洒白酒，装瓶（瓶子消毒一下，保存期可以久一点）

1. 啧啧啧…跟肉末炒了一下，拌全麦面条，美味~
