▌不吃早餐胆囊很“受伤”
肝脏是制造胆汁的“工厂”,不吃饭时,胆囊负责储存胆汁,并将胆汁浓缩。胆囊内胆汁经过一夜储存,胆固醇的饱和度较高。不吃早饭,储存了一晚上的胆汁没有办法排泄出来帮助消化,容易在胆囊内形成胆固醇的结晶,进而诱发胆囊炎或胆囊结石。

▌不吃早饭易患脂肪肝
如果不吃早餐,一直处于饥饿状态,身体就会动员皮下脂肪或形成脂肪代谢物,长期堆积在肝脏里,容易诱发脂肪肝。而且,不吃早餐,中午更容易暴饮暴食,患脂肪肝风险更高。

不吃早餐的人,常常到吃午餐时,因为饥饿就忘却了减肥而情不自禁地吃得快吃得多,还容易吃高糖高脂的食物,不仅容易发胖,还会引起胰岛素峰值延迟以及血浆胰岛素降低,胰岛素敏感性受损,增加患2型糖尿病的风险。
