糯叽叽的芋泥麻薯的做法
- 制作芋泥:荔浦芋头去皮切块,放入容器,盖上保鲜膜蒸熟,到筷子可以轻松插入即可。
- 出炉后将芋头、紫薯粉、糖、牛奶、奶油一起放入破壁机搅打至细腻,牛奶添加量可以根据自己的实际情况增减,喜欢厚的就少加点牛奶,不喜欢奶油的也可以不加。
- 制作麻薯:木薯淀粉、糖、牛奶一起放入不沾锅中,小火边煮边搅拌,一直到浓稠后离火,粘稠后搅拌速度要加快,避免来不及搅拌结块。
- 煮芋圆:水开后放入冷冻的芋圆煮开,浮起后捞出沥干水,放入凉水中。
