  1. 按照上图面粉,黄油,糖,盐配比,把食材扔进厨师机酵母用30到40度温水化开放进去,厨师机2档和面3分钟,然后4档和面4分钟



  1. 面活好后放入发酵箱发酵两倍大后使用,发酵过程中我们可以做披萨的配菜



  1. 先炒披萨的肉酱,先放洋葱炒到香味出来



  1. 然后放入西红柿(西红柿去皮可以先放入一个碗中用开水烫后去皮比较快),放入西红柿后边翻炒边用铲子按压西红柿丁这样煮出来入味



  1. 倒入肉糜后翻炒(肉糜提前放入味极鲜,黑胡椒腌制10分钟),翻炒出香味放少量番茄酱,黑胡椒粉,披萨草这些调料炒,炒到水分收干点就可以拿来备用了



  1. 青红椒,口蘑,玉米焯水后把水份擦干,再切好烤肠,萨拉米火腿,另外一个水果味的提前把芒果,黄桃(黄桃罐头)草莓切好,记得把水果水份也擦干



  1. 披萨饼皮:面团发酵两倍大后,擀成自己喜欢的样子我这会做的11寸的方的(大家也可以擀成自己喜欢的),然后用叉子叉上一排排小孔



  1. 摸上披萨酱,一层芝士,一层自制肉酱,烤肠,各种菜(青红椒,口蘑,玉米,萨拉米)最后来厚厚一层芝士,光看着就好满足



  1. 烤箱提前预热3分钟后,200度烤10分钟,210度5分钟就可以出烤箱了
