  1. 首先准备好所需食材
    先制作挞壳,盆中倒入冷藏黄油+糖粉+盐+低筋面粉戴手套抓匀,搓成沙粒状



  1. 放入蛋黄揉匀



  1. 包入油纸中,擀开比模具直径大3cm



  1. 将挞皮盖在模具中



  1. 插上适量的小孔

  1. 送入预热好的烤箱中,上下190度烘烤18分钟



  1. 制作乳酪芝士馅,奶油奶酪隔热水软化加入细砂糖搅拌均匀
