  1. 将全部材料按照先液体后粉类的顺序倒进厨师机



  1. 搅打成团



  1. 打成8成筋度的面团



  1. 面温控制在26度内



  1. 打好的面团均分6份揉圆松弛



  1. 擀成长方形



  1. 在一头铺上蜜红豆



  1. 也可以是栗子馅,或者什么馅都不加



  1. 从上至下卷起来,接口处捏紧



  1. 再从中间向两头搓长,长度大概20cm

  1. 搓好后拗成“J”造型



  1. 摆在烤盘里,送入冰箱冷冻40分钟



  1. 冷冻好后的面包棍过碱水30秒捞出沥出多余的碱水



  1. 摆到垫有油布的烤盘中,用刀片割出刀口



  1. 送入烤箱上管230度,下管180度烤15分钟



  1. 刀口割深点,不然烤的时候会粘连在一起
    (不然就会像我这样割了仿佛又没割,很尴尬)



  1. 烤好出炉放烤网上晾凉



  1. 红豆馅的



  1. 栗泥馅的
