用料

食材:南瓜350g,洋葱1颗,小米椒1根,生姜10g,土豆1个,面包1片,奶粉30g,橄榄油,盐,现磨黑胡椒碎,欧芹碎。

【南瓜浓汤】营养蔬菜减脂汤的做法

  1. 把南瓜洗净切小块备用(去皮与否根据喜好选择)。



  1. 洋葱去皮切碎,生姜切末,小米椒切碎,土豆去皮切成厚片泡水备用。



  1. 锅烧热倒入橄榄油,加入洋葱、小米椒、姜末翻炒。



  1. 炒至洋葱微焦上色,加入南瓜块翻炒。



  1. 再加入土豆块一起翻炒。



  1. 炒至断生,倒入没过南瓜的清水,加入适量盐、现磨黑胡椒碎、欧芹碎调味。

  1. 大火烧开转中小火,盖上锅盖焖煮25分钟左右。



  1. 煮至软烂了,加入一片面包、奶粉拌匀,转入料理机打成浓汤。



  1. 减脂期可以直接代餐主食,或者平时搭配烤面包吐司片都很nice~。
