关于征集养老服务领域违法问题线索的通告
为深入开展群众身边不正之风和腐败问题集中整治工作，强化正风反腐、清廉监管，常态长效化抓好养老服务领域突出问题专项整治，保障老年人及家属的合法权益。玉林市场监督管理局现面向社会公开征集养老服务领域违法线索。具体事项通告如下：
一、征集时间
即日起至2025年12月31日 。
二、征集范围
涉及老年人药品、保健品虚假宣传，特别是假借健康讲座、免费体验、赠送礼品等形式进行虚假或误导性商业宣传的行为。利用电商平台、视频直播引流等方式，明示或暗示保健品具有疾病预防或者治疗等功能，对商品性能、功能等作虚假或误导性商业宣传的行为。利用国家机关、医疗单位、学术机构，或以专家、医务人员和消费者等名义，对药品、保健品作虚假或误导性商业宣传的行为。养老服务机构养老服务机构提供的饮食不符合食品安全要求,以假充真、以次充好的问题;养老服务机构向老年人虚假或夸大宣传、销售药品或保健品以及养老机构收费不合理的问题。

四、征集要求
