- 混合均匀糯米粉和籼米粉,称取 35g粉至另一碗备用,用于制作夹心层。
- 将水和白砂糖加入多的那份米粉中,用手不停搓拌混合。
- 将夹心糖与米粉混匀,再加玫瑰酱。
因为有花瓣,颗粒不会太细,这个不要紧。
- 用稍大网孔筛子慢筛出
- 取½筛完的白粉末,放第一层用刮板整理刮平
