项目对40余栋古村落民居进行了改建,总面积达18000平方米。其中,按照奢华标准打造住宿空间,设有众多客房,平均每栋院子的面积约为190平方米,每间客房的面积约为50平方米。另外10栋则用作配套服务设施,包括接待中心、山顶会议中心、生花书院、悬崖咖啡厅、崖壁健身中心等功能区,以及生态农场、矿坑温泉、森林儿童乐园等众多户外娱乐体验场景。此外,还配备了36600平方米的生态停车场、71067平方米的森林氧吧公园和87467平方米的高山户外拓展区。置身此地,仿佛能追溯八百年的记忆,安静地聆听溪水潺潺流淌的声音,沿途唤醒花草。
