地方特色美食有着家国味道，最抚凡人心。

Local delicacies carry the taste of home, offering comfort and warmth to every heart.

对于中国人来说，无论大江南北，没有比过年更重要的习俗了。2024年12月，春节申遗成功，这简单的两个字承载着太多的内容，一年又一年，记忆可能会变淡，但是挥之不去的，是与过年相关的声音与味道。这种年味的幸福感，已经从春节延伸到了三餐四季和老百姓的寻常生活中。

Wherever Chinese people are, nothing is more important than celebrating the upcoming Spring Festival. In December 2024, the Spring Festival was added to UNESCO’s list of intangible cultural heritage, this annual celebration carries profound meaning for Chinese people. Memories may fade as years go by, but the sounds and flavors of Chinese New Year remain. That sense of joy extends beyond the holiday itself, finding its way into everyday meals and even the rhythms of the season and becoming part of daily life.

“鱼虾蟹酱，辣鸡辣鸭辣白鲞，糟鸡糟鸭糟肚肠，黄鳝泥鳅不算账，萝卜芋艿苋菜梗，外加一碗霉千张。”这首歌生动展现了嵊州小吃的丰富。嵊州, 一座连吃三天还能不重样的低调美食之城，以“嵊州三宝”——小笼包、榨面、炒年糕为代表。

“Fish, shrimp, and crab sauce; spicy chicken, spicy duck, and spicy dried fish; fermented chicken, fermented duck, and fermented intestines; eel and loach; radish, taro, and amaranth stem; plus a bowl of fermented tofu skin.” This folk song vividly showcases the richness of Shengzhou’s local delicacies. Shengzhou, a food paradise where you can enjoy three days of meals without repeating a dish, is best represented by the “Three Treasures of Shengzhou”—xiaolongbao (steamed buns), zhamian (hand-pressed rice noodles), and rice cakes.

其中，嵊州小笼包以皮薄味鲜的特点成为享誉全球的中国美食。经过精心蒸制，小笼包展现出细腻的口感，与独特鲜香的汤汁完美融合，令人一尝难忘，回味无穷。

Shengzhou Xiaolongbao has received global acclaim for its paper-thin skin and light, flavorful fillings. They are steamed to perfection, highlighting a harmonious blend of their delicate textures with the distinctive fresh and aromatic broth.

通过走产业化道路，嵊州小笼包已经是撑起一方民生的重要产业支柱，也承载了嵊州几代人的梦想和情感。蒸蒸日上的不只有小笼包产业，在政府多个部门的努力下，嵊州把一百多种美食打造成“嵊州小吃”的响亮招牌，将地方美食推向全国，走向世界。

By boosting industrialization, Shengzhou Xiaolongbao has become an important industrial pillar that supports local livelihoods and helps improve their prosperity. It also carries the dreams of generations in Shengzhou. In addition, with the efforts of multiple local government departments, Shengzhou has made a marvelous credential of Shengzhou Snacks for more than 100 kinds of its local delicacies. The city is bringing its flavors to tables across China and beyond.

除了美食天堂，这座城市有着200多个精美的古戏台。嵊州是中国越剧的发源地，这里的百姓享受着无与伦比的听觉与视觉盛宴。

In addition to being a food paradise, the city has more than 200 well-preserved ancient opera stages. Shengzhou is the birthplace of China’s Yue Opera, and the locals enjoy a feast for the eyes and ears during their daily lives.

人们公认越剧有五“美”——音乐很美，唱腔很美，演员很美，服装很美，舞台也很美。在走进剧场欣赏越剧的同时，观众也能感受到江南越剧的灵秀之美。

Regarding Yue Opera, it is widely agreed that it has five forms of beauty: its music, singing style, performers, costumes, and stage production. When audiences step into the theater to enjoy Yue Opera, they’ll also experience its delicate and graceful charm.

地方特色美食最抚凡人心，唯美动听的戏曲抒发着细腻的情感，这就是中华民族最地道的年味，也是每个人精神的最终归处。

Whether it’s a comforting bowl of local food that tastes like home or the moving storytelling of Yue Opera, the most meaningful moments of life are captured. Perhaps Chinese New Year is about finding happiness in what truly matters.
