实验室简介
本课题组针对复杂与生命系统中的问题，发展和运用统计物理、非线性动力学及信息理论，结合计算机模拟、实验及数据分析建模，开展交叉科学研究。课题组目前开展的科研项目包括自适应相互作用系统中记忆的产生、多组分蛋白质系统的多相行为和润湿特性、人工神经网络的学习动力学，以及空间不均匀人群中的流行病传播与控制。

任职条件：
（1）在非线性与统计物理，软物质物理，定量生物学，人工智能等领域从事基础科学研究；
（2）具有学科交叉研究经历并取得原创性成果；
（3）副研究员需获得博士学位5年及以上，助理研究员需已取得博士学位。
薪酬待遇

Introduction of the Lab/ Research Field
Our group conducts interdisciplinary research on complex and biological systems using methods of statistical physics, nonlinear dynamics and control theory. We are particularly interested in exploring mechanisms that lead to organized spatial-temporal behavior through model development, computation and large-scale data analysis. Current research topics in the group include emergence of order in systems with adaptive interactions, droplet formation and wetting properties of multi-component protein condensates, learning dynamics in artificial neural networks, and epidemic spreading and control in spatially inhomogeneous populations.
Job Description
Position: Research Associate Professor / Research Assistant Professor (1)
Requirements:
1. Strong background in statistical physics, nonlinear dynamics, quantitative biology, artificial intelligence, or related fields.
2. Previous interdisciplinary research experience preferred.
3. Research Associate Professor must have worked in relevant areas for at least 5 years after obtaining Ph.D. degree; Research Assistant Professor must have obtained Ph.D. degree.

2.Previous interdisciplinary research experience preferred.
3.A PhD degree by the start date; aged under 35.
Compensation and Benefits

Funding
1.Postdocs receive a living allowance and research funding from the Hangzhou municipal government.
2.Recipients of funding from the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation or the Zhejiang Province Selected Funding for Postdoctoral Research Projects are entitled to supplementary funding of the same amount from the Hangzhou municipal government.
3.Postdocs who work full-time in Hangzhou after completing their postdoctoral research qualify for an allowance of 400,000 RMB from the Hangzhou municipal government.
4.Eligible new university graduates holding a doctoral degree or equivalent who work full time in Hangzhou (including those who studied abroad and returned to China within 5 years of graduation as well as foreign talent) can apply to the Hangzhou municipal government for a living allowance of 100,000 RMB.
5.Postdocs recognized as high-level talent in Hangzhou enjoy corresponding preferential policies.

非平衡统计物理读书会启动！
2024年诺贝尔物理学奖授予人工神经网络，这是一场统计物理引发的机器学习革命。统计物理学通过研究大量粒子的集体行为，成功地在微观世界的随机性与宏观世界的确定性之间架起桥梁，帮助我们理解从微观粒子到宏观宇宙的各个层级如何联系起来，复杂的现象如何涌现，也为机器学习和人工智能领域的发展提供了重要推动力。
