柿子终于脱离了月饼模具,开始席卷饼干届了,不得不说,一个个小小的柿子还是非常可爱的。春节马上来临,在家里摆上一盘招待宾客,又好吃又能讨个好口彩哦!
此方可以做大约35个小柿子曲奇。做叶片的模具随便几片花都可以,主打一个有啥用啥。

用料

黄油

100克

糖粉

50克

奶粉

30克

常温全蛋液

30克

0.5克

低筋面粉

200克

金黄芝士粉

5克左右

抹茶粉

1-2克

柿柿如意小曲奇的做法

  1. 黄油常温软化到手指戳下去能轻松形成一个凹洞。



  1. 加入糖粉用硅刀拌匀至完全吸收,加入蛋液后用打蛋器搅打至顺滑,不要过度打发。



  1. 加入盐、奶粉稍微搅拌一下,再加入低筋面粉,先用硅刀切拌至无干粉,然后戴上手套揉均匀。





  1. 将面团取一小块加入抹茶粉,剩下的加入金黄芝士粉揉均匀。



  1. 把金黄色面团平均分成10克一个搓圆放在烤盘上。
  2. 将绿色面团上下盖上油纸,擀成3毫米厚度(可以用平衡尺)



  1. 用模具压出花型后,放在金黄色面团上。(可以在金黄色面团表面喷上少许水雾,再放上绿色叶片粘性会更佳)
