- 奥利奥去除夹心,把饼干压碎,越碎越好
- 黄油隔热水融化,倒入饼干碎搅拌均匀,放到6寸的活底模具,带一次性手套压平。模具底部铺一张吸油纸,脱模的时候方便拿出来。敷上保鲜膜放入冰箱中冷藏半小时。
- 吉利丁片剪小片放到凉水中泡软,牛奶加砂糖和吉利丁片放入容器中,隔热水融化,水不用烧开,能把砂糖融化就可以。
- 可可粉分3次筛入牛奶中搅拌均匀,每次都要搅拌至无颗粒状态。
- 淡奶油加砂糖打发至细腻,提起打蛋器能画出8字即可,不要打的太硬。把搅拌均匀的牛奶和可可粉分2次加入淡奶油中,翻拌均匀,注意是翻拌不是搅拌。把冰箱冷藏的奥利碎拿出来,把翻拌好的淡奶油倒入模具中,敷保鲜膜放入冰箱冷藏至少4小时以上,我是放了一晚上,第二天早晨拿出来的。
- 脱模,表面筛可可粉,切块即可享用啦,味道特别好,特别细腻。
