特别喜欢红豆和肉松CP,跟香葱肉松不一样的是,红豆肉松是非常迷人的咸甜口味,越吃越香,回味无穷的那种。做了个简单的软欧包造型,在红豆肉松基础上加持了黑芝麻,味觉层次非常丰富,也可以自由发挥做成带馅餐包或者吐司,怎么喜欢怎么来~

黑芝麻红豆肉松软欧的做法

  1. 将面团材料除熟黑芝麻外混合搅拌至完全阶段,再加入熟黑芝麻搅匀。直接分割成4份,关于松弛10分钟。(如果只有黑芝麻酱或者熟黑芝麻,只加入其中一样也可以,本配方不含黄油,喜欢的可自行另外添加。)



  1. 将面团擀成椭圆形。



  1. 翻面,铺上40克蜜红豆。



  1. 再铺上30克肉松。



  1. 自伤而下卷起成橄榄型。



  1. 依次做好4份,放在烤盘上。



  1. 温暖湿润处(温度35度,湿度75%)发酵至1.5-2倍大、表面筛一层高筋面粉,随意割上刀口,放入预热好的烤箱中层,上下火180度,20分钟。
    (我这里用纸模做了个筛粉的造型,也可以不用直接筛粉)
