燕麦黑芝麻蛋糕的做法
- 先将大约50克黑芝麻炒熟,凉透以后研磨碎。
- 加入少许清水煮沸腾,凉透备用。煮好的黑芝麻糊大约110克左右。
- 将黑芝麻糊、蛋黄和食用油倒入搅拌盆混合搅拌均匀。
- 倒入过筛的低筋面粉混合搅拌均匀(无颗粒状即可)。
- 最后根据面糊的干稀程度加入牛奶,搅拌混合均匀。
