燕麦黑芝麻蛋糕的做法

  1. 先将大约50克黑芝麻炒熟,凉透以后研磨碎。



  1. 加入少许清水煮沸腾,凉透备用。煮好的黑芝麻糊大约110克左右。



  1. 将黑芝麻糊、蛋黄和食用油倒入搅拌盆混合搅拌均匀。



  1. 倒入过筛的低筋面粉混合搅拌均匀(无颗粒状即可)。



  1. 最后根据面糊的干稀程度加入牛奶,搅拌混合均匀。

  1. 倒入燕麦片搅拌均匀,备用。



  1. 蛋清和白砂糖倒入搅拌盆。



  1. 使用电动搅拌器高速打发,打至硬性发泡(状态:蛋白霜纹路清晰、电动搅拌器提起蛋白霜成鸡尾状)。



  1. 将打发好的蛋白霜取二分之一加入面糊中搅拌均匀,再将剩下的蛋白霜倒入面糊中混合搅拌均匀。



  1. 制作好的蛋糕糊倒入烤盘中,刮平后稍微震动几下,震出气泡。



  1. 烤箱提前预热,上火160度,下火150 度,烘烤40分钟左右。
