From my perspective, while academic proficiency is undoubtedlypivotalfor students’ career promotion, teachers should notshirktheir responsibility for students' moral and behavioral growth. Academic success and moral development, instead of beingmutuallyexclusive, are closelyintertwined. In fact, students who have a strong moral foundation are more likely to be motivated, respectful, and cooperative in the classroom, which can enhance their academic performance. Therefore, a balanced approach thatintegratesboth academic and moral education is the most effective way to prepare students for the challenges of the future.
