用料

黄瓜(拍黄瓜)

2根

洋葱(切小)

半个

蒜头(切碎)

1个

小米椒(切小)

随个人口味添加

生抽

2勺

陈醋

2勺

随口味添加

麻油

1勺

花生米(香酥)

十几粒

香菜

随喜好添加

凉拌脆爽黄瓜的做法

  1. 拍黄瓜:黄瓜洗净用刀先拍扁,再斜刀切成段
    将拍好的黄瓜加些白糖拌匀腌制30分钟(白糖腌制清甜爽口)→再把黄瓜腌出来的水挤干(不要过清水)



  1. 黄瓜挤干水后,加入洋葱(不喜欢洋葱的可以不加)
    再加蒜末和小米椒(随个人口味添加)



  1. 调味加盐、陈醋、生抽拌均匀
    再淋上麻油



  1. 最后把香酥花生米和香菜放入,翻拌均匀



  1. 清脆爽口~
    冷藏半小时后更加入味!
