燕麦美龄粥【曼食慢语】的做法

  1. 干黄豆泡至少6小时至完全发后,倒入搅拌机,加水榨成豆浆,榨到没有豆渣的程度就好了



  1. 将网筛架在一口锅上,在网筛里铺上对折过的纱布,将豆浆过滤到锅中



  1. 将豆浆小火煮开,山药放蒸锅中蒸熟



  1. 蒸熟的山药去皮后掰成小块,放入豆浆中,用勺子把山药粗粗地碾碎



  1. 在豆浆中加水,调到你们喜欢的浓稠程度



  1. 加入即食燕麦片,搅拌均匀,加入冰糖,搅拌至冰糖完全融化



  1. 关火后稍微焖一会儿,美龄粥就可以吃了
