小麦蛋白片

干玉瓜片

绿意营养浓汤的做法
- 将盐水毛豆剥成毛豆仁儿
- 小麦蛋白片,裙带菜、干玉瓜片泡发
- 3汤匙半毛豆仁和热水至料理机杯300ML的水位
- 加入少许胡椒粉、盐,料理机打细腻
- 小麦蛋白片、裙带菜、玉瓜片加味噌水煮开捞出,味噌汤可用另用不要浪费呦~
- 毛豆浓汤倒入盘内,放入煮好的菜料,洒七味粉

小贴士
1、若想清香些,盐水毛豆仁只加盐和水即可,若想浓香些可加八角、香叶
2、七味粉可在淘宝或日式超市找寻,亦可用普通辣椒粉替代
3、干玉瓜片是猫妈家乡下来的,自己烘干的,可以用西葫芦或软质瓜类替代
4、酸豆乳可用浓豆浆替代,也可豆浆加点白醋滤去些水,搅匀替代
