阿根廷圣马丁国立大学政治与政府学院国际关系系助理教授
索尔·莫拉（Sol Mora）博士是阿根廷圣马丁国立大学政治与政府学院国际关系系助理教授，同时担任阿根廷国家科学技术研究委员会（CONICET）研究员。她拥有阿根廷拉丁美洲社会科学院（FLACSO-Argentina）社会科学博士学位，以及罗萨里奥大学国际一体化与合作研究中心（CERIR-UNR）国际合作与一体化硕士学位。
她的研究领域涵盖中国基础设施项目、土地治理、食品体系及社会环境动态关系。其博士研究聚焦中国在阿根廷基础设施与农业领域的投资融资及土地治理问题，深入剖析了阿根廷土地权力关系如何影响并塑造中国项目的实施进程，并围绕这些项目引发的环境与粮食安全争议展开了创新研究。目前，她正拓展研究视角，进一步探索中国投融资对全球粮食体系的影响机制，尤其聚焦于中阿关系。她的研究融合了国际政治经济学、农业研究与政治生态学等交叉学科。
索尔·莫拉博士将于2025年4月7日至6月19日在复旦发展研究院从事访问研究。

Sol Mora is an Assistant Professor of International Relations at the School of Politics and Government of the National University of San Martin, Argentina (EPyG/ UNSAM) and a Researcher at the National Scientific and Technical Research Council of Argentina (CONICET). She holds a PhD in Social Sciences (FLACSO-Argentina) and a Master’s Degree in International Cooperation and Integration (CERIR-UNR).
Her research interests include China’s infrastructure projects, land governance, food systems and socio-environmental dynamics. Her doctoral research focused on Chinese investments and financing in infrastructure and agriculture in Argentina, and on land governance. In this line, she has studied the power relations around land in Argentina that influence and shape China’s projects. She has also explored the environmental and food security debates surrounding these initiatives. She is currently expanding her research to understand the impact of Chinese investments and finance on the global food system, focusing on China-Argentina relations. Her research lies at the intersection of International Political Economy, Agrarian Studies and Political Ecology.
Dr. Sol Mora will be a visiting researcher at FDDI from April 7 to June 19, 2025.
