肉蟹煲(复刻胖哥俩)的做法
- 水尽量一次性加够,怕水禁不住炖可以多加一些。
- 鸡爪一定要炖得软糯 才入口一珉就化,是这道菜的灵魂。浓汤宝用猪骨浓汤和鸡汤都可以,没有也可不加。
- 青红椒我是加的二荆条和小米椒切成小圆圈。出锅前汤太多的话记得大火收汁,不要收太干,留一些泡饭绝绝子!
