1.这种原汁原味的喝起来无负担,如果喝不惯,可加适量冰糖。
2.想保持体重和身材还是不要加糖哦,其实已经很好喝啦,真的。
3.如果在燃气灶上煮,水开煮10分钟左右。不建议煮太久,口感不好。
