The current global landscape is undergoing profound transformations. Under the Trump 2.0 era, the persistent tensions and conflicts among major powers are not only reshaping traditional geopolitical dynamics but also presenting new opportunities and challenges for countries of the Global South. How can the Global South foster a fairer and more inclusive international order through cooperation in response to the U.S. strategy of “small yard, high fence”? Will U.S.-Europe divergences exacerbate the strategic dilemmas faced by Global South nations? How will the evolution of China-Russia relations influence the global balance of power?
