At present, the international order is experiencing its most intense upheaval since the Cold War. The strategic contraction in the Trump 2.0 era and the strong return of the “America First” policy not only challenge the traditional alliance system but also accelerate the restruction of multipolar forces on a global scale. Regarding the new paradigm of the international order in Trump 2.0 era, will the credit crisis of US dollar hegemony accelerate the reconstruction of the international monetary system? Will the “menu-style alliances” of regional groups completely undermine the foundation of globalization? Can the European Union’s pursuit of strategic autonomy and the resource awakening of Global South nations build an alternative framework of rules in the power vacuum?
