近日,一款名为“黄油年糕”的甜品在社交媒体上爆火,迅速占据各大甜品、糕点店的热销榜单。

3月20日,该话题更是冲上热搜第一。据上海SMG都市频道报道,某门店一天就能卖出6000个黄油年糕,甚至出现排队抢购的情况,可见其火爆程度。
黄油年糕的热销并非偶然。这款甜品融合了中西方饮食文化,以江浙沪地区常见的糯米年糕为基础,搭配西式甜品常用的黄油,形成了外脆里糯的独特口感,令人一试难忘。

不少网友在社交平台上晒出自己的黄油年糕制作过程,也让这款美食的热度迅速攀升。
其诱人的口感让不少人直呼“好吃得吓人”,也有人调侃它是“全民减肥的绊脚石”。
黄油年糕的热量引人关注。据南京鼓楼医院临床营养科营养师李相睿介绍,一块黄油年糕的热量相当于大半碗米饭,可谓是“热量小炸弹”。她建议高血糖、高血脂及正在减重的人群控制摄入量,避免影响健康。
However, its calorie count has also drawn scrutiny. Li Xiangrui, a nutritionist at the clinical nutrition department of the Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital, warns that a single bun contains calories equivalent to over half a bowl of rice, dubbing it a "mini calorie bomb". She advises individuals with high blood sugar, high cholesterol, or those actively losing weight to moderate their intake to avoid health risks.
此外,黄油年糕主要由糯米粉制成,糯米在胃内滞留时间较长,消化功能较弱的人群应适量食用,以免引起胃部不适。
据扬子晚报报道,医生还提醒,黄油年糕的黏性较大,可能会增加食道阻塞的风险,尤其是老年人、肿瘤患者及食管癌康复期患者,建议尽量少吃,甚至避免食用。
