据央视新闻消息，当地时间3月2日，正在访问英国的乌克兰总统泽连斯基在接受采访时表示，若乌克兰可以加入北约，他愿意辞职。
泽连斯基还表示，假如相关各方都准备好，那么乌克兰会签署矿产协议。
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has said he will step down as leader of the war-ravaged country in exchange for one thing, as he confirms his officials are talking to Donald Trump's administration again after an explosive White House meeting. Zelensky said on Sunday that he is still "ready to sign" a minerals deal with the United States.
泽连斯基2月28日访美期间在白宫与特朗普、美国副总统万斯举行会谈。三人在媒体前爆发激烈争吵，泽连斯基提前离开白宫。双方计划在会晤后召开的联合记者会被取消，美乌矿产协议未签署。
之后，包括参议员林赛·格雷厄姆和众议院议长迈克·约翰逊在内的共和党人建议泽连斯基辞去总统职务。
泽连斯基2日在离开英国前与记者会面时，回应了美国官员要求其辞职的言论，明确表示拒绝。
Zelensky has rebuffed US officials calling for him to resign as the president of Ukraine. His comments come after Republicans including Senator Lindsey Graham and Speaker of the House Mike Johnson suggested he should step down from his position following Friday's fiery Oval Office exchange with Donald Trump.
他表示：“乌克兰总统的选举不应该在林赛·格雷厄姆的家中决定，而应该由乌克兰人民来选择。”
"The president of Ukraine will have to be chosen not in Lindsay Graham's home but in Ukraine," he said.
但泽连斯基重申，只有一种情况可能让他同意辞职——即他的辞职能换取乌克兰加入北约。
Zelensky did reiterate that there is one situation which could see him agree to step down — if his resignation is in exchange for Ukraine's NATO membership.
他说道：“我愿意为北约而交换。如果我的辞职能换来乌克兰的北约成员资格，那就意味着我已经完成了我的使命。加入北约标志着我使命的达成。”
"I am exchangeable for NATO," he said. "I have said that I am exchanging for NATO membership, then it means I have fulfilled my mission. NATO means I have fulfilled my mission."
此前于2月23日，泽连斯基曾表示，如果能带来和平，他愿意辞去总统职务，或者用他的辞职换取乌克兰加入北约。
