闵行博物馆的《贞观鉴——大唐历史文化主题展》描绘了距今1400年前的大唐盛世。这个展览从初唐时期的政治、文化、经济、工艺、商贸等各个方面，多角度呈现了一个华丽绚烂的大唐盛世。
记者发现在唐朝时期有很多描绘女性的文物，足以证实女性地位和对女性的重视。闵行区博物馆宣教科主任徐迪介绍：“这个《微笑仕女图》非常有趣，因为我们都知道，在古代思想观念的影响下可能很多的女性没有那么轻松，但是唐朝女子都是英姿飒爽的。”
展览中还有不少文物是关于骏马的，从中可以看出唐朝时期对于马的重视和喜爱。“马在唐人心目当中是非常重要的。”徐迪介绍，“太宗很喜欢骑马。而且在墓葬当中所看到的唐三彩，马的比例是最多的。这其实是当时经济、国力、政治强盛的一个体现。”

在宝龙美术馆，“万花筒：庄红艺个展”以其绚丽的色彩、满墙的花朵吸引了大量观众。庄红艺的作品的一个典型特点是他经常在作品的一面使用暖色调，在另一面使用冷色调，有时就像一年的四季，一组作品，两个对立面。
