  1. 干木耳提前用水泡发,把黄瓜和胡萝卜切成菱形片,颜色搭配很漂亮,营养也很丰富



  1. 接着来炒两个鸡蛋,鸡蛋打散,可以加一点凉水,这样鸡蛋更嫩,一点小窍门,油要少放一些!



  1. 鸡蛋下锅,用打鸡蛋的筷子搅散炒八分熟,然后盛出来备用!这样的鸡蛋比炒整个蛋饼在弄散的要好吃!



  1. 锅里加油,中火,油微微热把肉丝放进去,把肉滑熟(其实最好要用不粘锅炒肉,铁锅炒肉会粘锅的!!)



  1. 加一点老抽上色



  1. 肉炒八分熟,加入葱花和木耳先炒,木耳是生的,所以先下锅炒



  1. 然后加入黄瓜和胡萝卜片



  1. 加入糖,盐和蚝油调味



  1. 最后别忘记把鸡蛋倒进来,全部炒熟就可以啦



  1. 临出锅加入一些水淀粉勾芡,不加也可以,加了会感觉油亮一些,更好看,吃起来也顺滑



  1. OK,整个菜就搞定啦,鲜香味美,绝对赞!喜欢吃辣的可以放一些干红辣椒来增加一点味道,口感也不错

⚠️提醒大家一下!一定要用不粘锅炒肉,不然会沾锅到怀疑人生
⚠️下木耳后要注意,木耳有水分会崩油,所以注意别被烫到!
